Returns Policy

In Short

In case you change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request for a return. You will receive the refundable amount (post deductions, if any) in the original mode of payment within 2 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not returnable. International orders even though paid online are not returnable.

The Fine Print

The Returns Policy is applicable only on prepaid purchases made on our website and shipped within India. Orders which are paid upon delivery (either by cash or UPI) are not eligible for returns. Products with customisations are also not eligible for returns. All international sales are final and are ineligible for returns and exchange.

If a product which was originally ordered on COD gets paid online 12 hours before delivery via our payment partner; Razorpay, then that order shall become eligible for 7 day returns, however any fees not limited to COD Convenience Fees associated with the original order shall get forfeited.

For an item to be returned, it must be unused, intact with all labels and stickers. A refund will be issued within 2 working days after we receive the item.


Reverse Pick Up & Deductions

Once we receive your return request, we will schedule a reverse pick up from the delivery address within 2 business days. We charge INR 100 fee for reverse pick up, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Additionally, any charges paid for standard or express shipping or gift wrapping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Exceptions

Some items like gift wraps, digital gift cards, gift boxes etc. will not be eligible for returns. Orders with any type of customization cannot be returned. Products listed under the heavily discounted SALE section are also ineligible for returns, therefore kindly check the details before placing an order. Products that customers self ship back to us without our knowledge will also be exempted from refunds.

How do I return an item?

Requesting for a return is super easy. You can choose one of the three methods from below:

  1. Raise a request from our website, go to your Profile > Orders and select the order you wish to return. Post a confirmation on call, we will email you the reverse shipping label. 
  2. Raise a request seamlessly on WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp icon on the website and select Help > Return My Order and fill out a short form.
  3. Raise a request on call at 9459452020; Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 12 PM - 7PM and we will be happy to assist you.

    After a request is raised and confirmed, we will email you the reverse shipping label. Simply stick the new label over the old one and our shipping partner will pick it up from the delivery address within 2 business days.

Exchange Policy

In Short

In case you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect than what you ordered, or has a size issue or doesn’t match the description as on our website; you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request for an exchange. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide an exchange service for international orders.

The Fine Print

The Exchange Policy is applicable on all orders made on our website and shipped within India. For an item to be exchanged, it must be unused, intact with all labels and stickers. For international orders, we take extra care like video recording the packaging process and packaging it in export quality materials hence they are final and ineligible for an exchange. Products with customisations are also not eligible for an exchange. We allow only one round of exchange per order.

Once an exchange request is approved from our end and the product in question is shipped back to us, we verify the product in question and depending on the case, we either ship out the original order or add store credits to your Homerah account. Store credits cannot be transferred to your bank or credit card account.

There are no charges levied on you to process an exchange. We shall also arrange and pay for reverse pick up.
