Shipping policy

At Homerah, we are committed to delivering your orders in the best condition and at the earliest possible time.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders within India are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 2–4 business days. Kindly allow us additional business days for delivery at specific locations like Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Jammu & Kashmir, Lakshadweep Islands, and select states like Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura and Mizoram.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted domestic courier services on the Shiprocket platform. For all domestic deliveries, customers can track their orders directly on our website. For international deliveries, customers can visit the respective courier company’s website to track their orders.
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • All our listed prices in INR (Indian Rupee) include Goods & Services Tax.
  • We incur relatively high logistics costs, especially on low-value items. In such cases, a nominal delivery fee may be applied to offset these costs.
  • For international orders, entry taxes or local levies, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation

  • For orders placed on Cash on Delivery (CoD), additional verification may be sought by Homerah before the order is dispatched. In many cases, Homerah may require a token amount to be pre paid before a CoD order is dispatched.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email / WhatsApp notification with the courier’s tracking information (AWB/docket number).
  • All domestic shipments are insured against loss or theft, free of charge.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately—changes can only be made before an order is dispatched from our end.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We take all necessary precautions to safely deliver your order. Throughout the shipping journey of the order, the customer will be frequently updated on email and WhatsApp regarding the order status.
  • In some cases, order delivery can be completed only after OTP verification. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please report the issue to us immediately and we will do our best to identify the order status on your behalf. However, Homerah is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier after OTP confirmation.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • A flat fee may be deductible to cover the costs of reverse shipping as per our Returns Policy.

Out-of-Stock Policy

  • In case part of your order is out of stock, we may hold the shipment until all items are available or contact you with alternatives.
